What data do we process?
To deliver our transport services we process: name, contact details (phone, email), pickup and delivery addresses, billing details and — where relevant — information about the shipment. For website visitors we process limited information: IP address, browser data and cookies (see our cookie policy).
Why do we process this data?
For the performance of the transport contract (Article 6.1.b GDPR): coordinating pickup and delivery, invoicing, customer service. For legal obligations (Article 6.1.c): bookkeeping, tax filing, transport documentation. For legitimate interests (Article 6.1.f): improving our services, fraud prevention. For marketing and non-essential cookies we ask your explicit consent (Article 6.1.a).
How long do we keep your data?
Customer data is kept while you are a customer and for 7 years after the last trip (statutory bookkeeping period). Marketing consents may be withdrawn at any time. Cookie data is kept as described in our cookie policy.
Who do we share your data with?
We share your data only with parties needed to deliver the service: Google Maps API (for route calculation, only during your request), our accountant, and — for international transport — competent customs authorities. We do not sell data to third parties.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data. You can also withdraw consent for cookies or marketing without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
