How quickly can you pick up?
In most cases within 60 minutes in West Flanders, and within 2 hours nationally. Call us and we’ll give you a pickup window straight away. -
How is the price calculated?
Our calculator gives you a transparent estimate based on distance and wait time. The minimum is €100 for trips up to 50 km one-way or 100 km return. Above that, we charge a fixed price per km. -
Do you transport ADR (hazardous) goods?
Yes. Our drivers are ADR-certified and our vans are equipped for transporting hazardous goods according to European ADR regulations. -
Where do you deliver?
All of Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany, Luxembourg and the rest of the EU. For longer trips we give you an exact arrival time before departure. -
What is the maximum payload?
1,200 kg and 14 m³ — comfortably enough for pallets, large items, or several smaller shipments at once. -
Do you operate on weekends?
Yes. We are reachable 7 days a week, including Saturday and Sunday. After-hours and overnight runs can be arranged on request. -
Will I receive proof of delivery?
Yes. We send you a photo and recipient signature as soon as the shipment is delivered, along with the exact delivery time. -
Is my shipment insured?
Yes — by default your shipment is insured under the CMR convention (international transport). For high-value items, additional insurance can be arranged — just ask when requesting your quote.
