Terms & Conditions

Carrier: TURBO SPEED ROESELARE. Customer: the natural or legal person booking the transport service. Shipment: the goods or documents transported. Trip: a single transport assignment.

These terms apply to every trip, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The customer’s general terms do not apply.

Our online calculator gives an indicative price based on distance and waiting time. The final price is confirmed in writing or by phone before start. A trip is booked once you receive our confirmation.

Prices exclude VAT. The base rate of €100 covers trips up to 50 km one-way or 100 km return. Beyond that distance, €1.90/km applies for one-way or €1.10/km for return. Waiting time: €20/hour. VAT: 21%.

Payment: invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed. Late payment automatically incurs interest and a damage clause (10%, minimum €50).

The customer ensures the shipment is correctly packed and labelled. For ADR shipments the customer provides the correct documentation (UN number, class, packing group). Incorrect or incomplete info may lead to refusal and costs.

For domestic transport our standard liability under Belgian law applies. For international transport the CMR convention applies, with the liability limits foreseen therein (8.33 SDR/kg). For high-value shipments we recommend additional insurance; please request it before start.

We are not liable for indirect damages (loss of profit, production downtime) unless required by law.

Cancellation up to 4 hours before pickup: free. Between 4 hours and pickup: €50 administration fee. After driver departure: full price due.

In case of force majeure (severe weather, accident, strikes, customs controls beyond our control) the obligation is suspended. We strive to deliver the shipment as soon as possible and proactively keep you informed.

Belgian law applies. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the West Flanders district, Kortrijk division.
